Initiate a new open banking payment

## Request body

- object
  - `amount` object
    - `value` number, float
    - `currency` 'GBP' | 'EUR'
  - `sender` object
    - `name` string: Name of the sender
    - `phoneNumber` string: Phone number of the sender
    - `email` string: Email of the sender
  - `beneficiary` object
    - `name` string: Name of the beneficiary
    - `sortCode` string: Sort code of the beneficiary ( required for GBP )
    - `accountNumber` string: Account number of the beneficiary ( required for GBP )
    - `iban` string: IBAN of the beneficiary ( required for EUR )
  - `paymentReference` string: Reference of the payment
  - `redirectUrl` string: Specifies which URL when redirected after completed payment
