`GET /api/paper/{id}/file-url`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.openpaper.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Get a fresh presigned file URL for a single owned paper.

This is the cheap path for "my URL expired, give me a fresh one" — it
avoids the metadata enrichment and full document payload (raw_content,
etc.) that GET /api/paper returns.
