# Chat Message Stream

`POST /api/message/chat/paper`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.openpaper.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.openpaper.ai/api/message/chat/paper`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Send a chat message and stream the response from the LLM

The response style can be:
- normal: Standard balanced response
- concise: Short and to the point
- detailed: Comprehensive and thorough

## Request body

  - `paper_id` string, required
  - `conversation_id` string, required
  - `user_query` string, required
  - `user_references` string[], nullable
  - `style` 'normal' | 'concise' | 'detailed'
  - `llm_provider` 'gemini' | 'openai' | 'anthropic'
