`PUT /api/{org_id}/status_pages/notices/{nid}`

- UpdateNoticeRequest: Partial edit of a manual notice. `state`/`resolved_at` are the manual resolve path; auto-incidents are otherwise owned by the rebuilder and this must not race it (the handler rejects editing state on an auto-sourced notice — see R-4 in the design).

  - `state` integer, nullable: 0 scheduled, 1 active, 2 resolved.

- NoticeAdminView: Admin view of a notice: unlike [`PublicNotice`], this carries the internal id and mapped component ids the edit UI needs to round-trip — it must never be reachable from the public plane.
