# A team's header figures and recent paging record

`GET /api/{org_id}/oncall/teams/{team_id}/overview`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.openobserve.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.openobserve.ai/api/{org_id}/oncall/teams/{team_id}/overview`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`
- TypeScript: <https://skmtc.dev/openobserve/apis/openobserve-api-http/docs/api/:org_id/oncall/teams/:team_id/overview/get.ts> (a function with typed inputs; its response is checked against the schema)

## Path parameters

- `org_id` string, required
- `team_id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `days` integer

## Response `200`

Success

- TeamOverview: The team screen's header, in one read.
  - `acked_under_5m_percent` integer, nullable: Pages acknowledged within five minutes, as a whole percent of the pages that were acknowledged at all. `None` when nothing was acknowledged — a zero would read as "we are slow" rather than "nothing happened".
  - `alerts_assigned` integer, required: Alert rules whose own `oncall_team` field names this team. "Assigned" and not "owned" on purpose. Alerts that would reach this team through one of its ownership rules are not counted and not approximated: an alert's identity dimensions are not known until it fires, so at rest there is nothing to match a rule against.
  - `covered_now` boolean, required: A page raised right now would reach somebody. Asks the default slot, not every slot, and so is deliberately not `!on_call_now.is_empty()`. A team whose secondary is staffed and whose primary is not wakes nobody when the alert fires, so reporting it as covered would be a badge that lies and would disagree with `/coverage-gaps` and `/config-risks`.
  - `days` integer, required
  - `from` integer, required: Micros, inclusive.
  - `members` integer, required
  - `on_call_now` string[], required: Everybody on call in any slot — the wider question, kept wide on purpose. This is who to *show*; `covered_now` is whether a page lands.
  - `ownership_paths` integer, required: Identity-dimension paths this team owns. A separate number because an ownership rule is a path, not an alert rule: `k8s-cluster=prod` is one row here and may catch a thousand alerts or none. Folding the two into one "owns N" would state something that is not true of either.
  - `rungs` RungSummary[], required
    - `channels` Channel[], required: What this priority sends, as the policy lists it; empty when it has no rung.
    - `ends_with_whole_team` boolean, required: Whether the last rung reaches the whole team.
    - `nobody_after_micros` integer, nullable: Micros after opening at which the ladder has nobody left — the "nobody after 20m" line. `None` when the priority pages nobody at all.
    - `pages_anyone` boolean, required: Whether this priority pages a human at all.
    - `priority` string, required
    - `rungs` integer, required
  - `stats` TeamPageStats, required: What a team's last N days looked like, in six numbers.
    - `acked_under_5m` integer, required: Acknowledged within five minutes of opening — the number a team actually manages against.
    - `acknowledged` integer, required
    - `night_pages` integer, required: Opened inside one of `night_windows`, which the caller computes in the team's own zone. "2am" is a fact about a person, not about UTC.
    - `pages` integer, required: Records opened in the window.
    - `reached_final_rung` integer, required: Climbed to the last rung its own priority's ladder has — which, in the shipped default policy, is the whole team.
    - `reached_second_rung` integer, required: Climbed past the first rung, so the first person did not answer.
  - `team_id` string, required
  - `team_name` string, required
  - `timezone` string, required
  - `to` integer, required: Micros, exclusive.
