`POST /api/{org_id}/folders`

- Folder: Common folder fields used in HTTP request and response bodies.

  - `folderId` string
  - `icon` string, nullable: Opaque icon token — a Unicode emoji or an "o2:" registry reference. Absent or null means the folder has no icon.
  - `name` string, required
