`GET /v2/contact-lists/{contact_list_id}/contacts`

Paginated list of contacts.

- ListContactsResponse
  - `has_more` boolean, required: Whether more records exist after this page.
  - `next_cursor` string: Opaque cursor to pass as `cursor` in the next request.
  - `contacts` ContactResponse[], required
    - `id` integer, required
    - `name` string, required
    - `phone_number` string
    - `phone_number_2` string
    - `phone_number_3` string
    - `contact_info` object: Arbitrary key-value metadata for the contact.
    - `created_at` string, date-time
    - `updated_at` string, date-time

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `404`: The requested resource does not exist.
- `500`: Unexpected server error.
