# Create a short-lived artifact link

`POST /artifacts/{id}/link`

## Request

Verifies ownership and the job modality scope, then returns a five-minute HTTPS link capped by the artifact's own expiry.

## Response `200`

Artifact metadata, private URL and expiry.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: The key lacks the artifact job's modality scope.
- `404`: Unknown, foreign or expired artifact.
