# Update a domain by ID.

`PUT /domains/{domainId}`

Updates details of a domain with a given ID.

## Path parameters

- `domainId` string, required

  - `description` string
  - `public` boolean
  - `owners` Owner[]
    - `id` string
    - `type` string — Type of Owner entity, e.g. GROUP, TENANT, USER, etc.
