  - `intake_push_enabled` boolean, required: Whether intake drafts are generated for this customer; the settings card is only shown when they are
  - `email_enabled` boolean, required: Whether an email is sent each time an intake draft creates or updates a SmartAdvocate case
  - `email_recipients` string[]: Email addresses notified of each push
  - `sms_enabled` boolean: Whether a text is sent each time OpenIntake opens a new SmartAdvocate case (from a call, intake email, an intake link or the referral portal)
  - `sms_recipients` string[]: Phone numbers (E.164) texted for each new case OpenIntake opens
