# Get Outbound Callback Stages

`GET /settings/outbound-callbacks`

## Request

Get the outbound callback ladder for the customer.

A customer with no configured stages gets the code defaults (once a day for
2 days, then once a week for 3 weeks), so this never returns an empty list.
The ladder is readable and editable regardless of ``callbacks_active`` — that
switch only decides whether it runs.

Successful Response

- OutboundCallbackStagesResponse: Outbound callback ladder response model
  - `callbacks_active` boolean, required: Arm switch. While false the ladder is configurable but nothing is scheduled and nothing is dialed
  - `stages` OutboundCallbackStageEntry[], required: Stages ordered by stage_number; a customer with no configured stages gets the defaults (2 daily, then 3 weekly)
    - `stage_number` integer, required: Stage position, starting at 1
    - `interval_days` integer, required: Days to wait between attempts in this stage
    - `max_attempts` integer, required: Attempts to make in this stage before moving to the next
    - `enabled` boolean: Whether this stage is part of the ladder
