  - `recording_playback_enabled` boolean, required: Whether recording playback is enabled for customer admins
  - `recording_playback_staff_enabled` boolean, required: Whether recording playback is also enabled for staff users
  - `show_realtime_transcript` boolean, required: Whether the realtime transcript tab is visible to non-developer users
  - `show_finalized_transcript` boolean, required: Whether the finalized transcript tab is visible to non-developer users
  - `show_translated_transcript` boolean, required: Whether the translated transcript tab is visible to non-developer users
  - `transfer_flow_admin_enabled` boolean, required: Whether the transfer flow card is visible to customer admins
  - `pbx_transfer_flow_available` boolean, required: Whether the customer has a NetSapiens PBX integration, so transfer-flow hop data can exist
