`GET /outbound-leads/`

List one page of outbound leads for the current user's customer.

## Query parameters

- `page` integer
- `page_size` integer
- `search` string, nullable: Search by name, phone, or email
- `status` string, nullable: Comma-separated lead statuses
- `created_after` string, date-time, nullable: Created at or after this instant
- `created_before` string, date-time, nullable: Created strictly before this instant
- `lead_score` string, nullable: Comma-separated lead scores; 'none' for unscored
- `call_activity` string, nullable: never_called, called, queued or in_progress
- `sort_column` 'created_at' | 'name' | 'status' | 'lead_score'
- `sort_direction` 'asc' | 'desc'

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- OutboundLeadListResponse: One page of outbound leads. `total` counts the filtered set; `status_counts` covers every lead the customer has, so the summary tiles ignore filters.
