# Set Netsapiens Extension Home Queue

Pin (or unpin) which team an agent's calls are credited to.

Resolves the conflicts the PBX cannot: an agent in several team queues has no
automatic answer. A pin is sticky — the daily sync carries it through instead
of recomputing it.

- NetSapiensHomeQueueRequest
  - `home_queue_extension` string, nullable: Queue to credit this extension's calls to. Null clears the manual pick and lets the next sync resolve it automatically

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- NetSapiensExtensionStatus: One agent extension and the team credited with its calls. ``home_queue_extension`` is null when the team is undecidable — the agent is in several home-eligible queues (listed in ``candidate_queue_extensions``, so a human can pick) or in none. Attribution then falls back to the queue that owned the call.
