# Update Outbound Settings

`PATCH /netsapiens/outbound-settings`

Change application-side import controls.

Only ``recording_events_enabled`` reaches the PBX: turning it on has the
subscription reconcile create a ``call_recording`` event subscription
(dispatched now rather than at the next hourly tick), and only where the
customer's event subscriptions are armed at all.
