# Update Custom Trigger Settings

`PUT /developer/custom-triggers/settings`

Arm or disarm lead creation from captured events.

Turning this on is the moment a customer's automation starts placing real
calls, so it's logged at info with the acting user.

## Request body

- CustomTriggerSettingsUpdate
  - `outbound_lead_creation_enabled` boolean, required: When false (the default), events are still captured and mapped and the resolved lead is recorded on the event as a dry run, but no OutboundLead or call is created.
  - `ghl_lead_allowlist` GHLLeadAllowlist: GHL contacts the note-ingest may turn into leads; matching ANY entry admits.
    - `sources` string[]: Contact `source` values, case-insensitive exact match, e.g. 'UO | Opt-in'
    - `tags` string[]: Contact tags, case-insensitive exact match, e.g. 'uo lead'
    - `url_contains` string[]: Case-insensitive substrings of the contact's first- or last-touch attribution URL, e.g. 'your-credithound.com'
