Read whether captured events are armed to create real outbound leads.

Successful Response

- CustomTriggerSettingsResponse: The arm switch: whether captured events create real outbound leads.
  - `outbound_lead_creation_enabled` boolean, required
  - `ghl_lead_allowlist` GHLLeadAllowlist: GHL contacts the note-ingest may turn into leads; matching ANY entry admits.
    - `sources` string[]: Contact `source` values, case-insensitive exact match, e.g. 'UO | Opt-in'
    - `tags` string[]: Contact tags, case-insensitive exact match, e.g. 'uo lead'
    - `url_contains` string[]: Case-insensitive substrings of the contact's first- or last-touch attribution URL, e.g. 'your-credithound.com'
