# Create Or Update Lead Field

`POST /crm/lead-fields`

## Request

Create or update a lead field configuration.

If a field with the same field_api_name already exists for this customer,
it will be updated. Otherwise, a new field configuration will be created.

Requires user authentication.

## Request body

- CreateLeadFieldRequest: Request model for creating or updating a lead field configuration
  - `field_api_name` string, required: Zoho field API name (e.g., 'Lead_Source', 'Industry')
  - `field_label` string, required: Display label for the field
  - `field_data_type` string, required: Zoho data type (text, picklist, boolean, date, datetime, integer, bigint, currency, decimal)
  - `value_text` string, nullable: Value for text/textarea fields
  - `value_picklist` string, nullable: Actual value for picklist fields
  - `value_picklist_options` object[], nullable: Available picklist options from Zoho
  - `value_boolean` boolean, nullable: Value for boolean fields
  - `value_date` string, date, nullable: Value for date fields
  - `value_datetime` string, date-time, nullable: Value for datetime fields
  - `value_integer` integer, nullable: Value for integer/bigint fields
  - `value_decimal` number, nullable: Value for currency/decimal fields
