Create a new case.

Returns:

## Request body

- CreateCaseRequest: Request to create a new case record.
  - `title` string, required: Title of the case
  - `description` string, required: Description of the case
  - `staff_group_id` string, uuid, nullable: ID of the staff group assigned to this case
  - `meeting_booking_enabled` boolean, nullable: Whether meeting booking is enabled for this case
