# Handle Screening Decline Reason

Twilio webhook: Handle decline reason speech/DTMF input.

This endpoint is called by Twilio after the user presses 2 (decline) and is
prompted to optionally speak a reason. Twilio sends:
- SpeechResult: Transcribed speech if the user spoke
- Digits: DTMF digits if the user pressed a key to skip
- Neither: If the user didn't respond (timeout) or just hung up

No authentication (Twilio webhook).
