# Get Call Docusign Envelope

`GET /calls/{call_id}/docusign-envelope`

Return the DocuSign draft envelope generated for an intake call.

The extracted values are paired with their form field ``display_name`` so
the UI can render labeled rows. 404 when no envelope has been created yet
(e.g. the pipeline is still running, or no template matched).

## Query parameters

- `refresh_status` boolean: Re-read the status from DocuSign first, e.g. when DocuSign has just sent the user back here after they sent the draft.
