Approve a pending case match (dry-run mode only).

- ApproveCaseMatchRequest: Request to approve a pending case match (dry-run mode).
  - `edited_note_text` string, nullable: Edited case note text (if user modified it)

Successful Response

- ApproveCaseMatchResponse: Response from approving a case match.
  - `success` boolean, required: Whether approval was successful
  - `case_note_posted` boolean: Whether a case note was posted
  - `case_note_external_id` string, nullable: External note ID if posted
