# Create Moov Account

`POST /billing/account`

## Request

Create a Moov payment account for the customer.

Requires simplified business information (name, address, phone) and a ToS token.
The ToS token should be obtained by the frontend using Moov.js.

Admin only endpoint.

## Request body

- CreateMoovAccountRequest: Request to create a Moov account with simplified business info.
  - `business_name` string, required
  - `address` MoovAddress, required: Physical address for Moov account.
    - `address_line1` string, required
    - `address_line2` string, nullable
    - `city` string, required
    - `state_or_province` string, required
    - `postal_code` string, required
    - `country` string
  - `phone` PhoneNumber, required: Phone number with country code.
    - `number` string, required
    - `country_code` string
  - `email` string, email, required
  - `terms_of_service_token` string, required: Token accepting Terms of Service

## Response `201`

Successful Response

- CreateMoovAccountResponse: Response after creating Moov account.
  - `account_id` string, uuid, required
