OAuth callback endpoint for Microsoft Sign-In.
``app`` names the callback page Microsoft returned to, so the code is
exchanged with the redirect URI it was issued for.
Exchanges authorization code for access token, gets user info, and creates/logs in user.
Returns JSON with user data - frontend will handle navigation.
