# Create Staff Group

`POST /admin/staff/groups`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.openintake.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Create a new staff group for the current customer.
Requires admin authentication.

Supports two modes:
- members: List of StaffGroupMemberInput with user_id and optional priority_order
- member_ids: Legacy list of user IDs (for backward compatibility)

## Request body

- CreateStaffGroupRequest: Request to create a new staff group
  - `name` string, required
  - `member_ids` string[]
  - `members` StaffGroupMemberInput[], nullable
    - `user_id` string, required
    - `priority_order` integer, nullable
  - `meeting_duration_minutes` integer
  - `slot_every_minutes` integer
  - `priority_order_enabled` boolean

## Response `201`

Successful Response

- StaffGroupResponse: Response after creating or updating a staff group
  - `id` string, required
  - `name` string, required
  - `member_count` integer, required
  - `message` string, required
