# Vapi Book Meeting

`POST /vapi/book-meeting`

Book a meeting with a staff group at a specific time slot.

Vapi custom tool. The Vapi call ID is extracted from message.call.id.
Expects arguments: case_name, first_name, last_name, phone_number, time_slot,
caller_timezone (optional).
