# Update Summary Generation Context

`PATCH /developer/summary-generation-context`

Update the summary generation context for the current customer.

This endpoint is restricted to developer users only.
Sets the optional context that is included in the LLM prompt when generating call summaries.

- **summary_generation_context**: Context to include in the LLM prompt (can be multiple lines)

This context can include:
- Firm-specific preferences for summary formatting
- Important information about the firm
- Instructions for how summaries should be generated
- Any other context that should influence summary generation

## Request body

- UpdateSummaryGenerationContextRequest — Request to update customer's summary generation context
  - `summary_generation_context` string, nullable — Context to include in LLM prompt for summary generation (can be multiple lines)

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- SummaryGenerationContextResponse — Response with customer's summary generation context
  - `customer_id` string, uuid, required — The customer ID
  - `summary_generation_context` string, nullable — Optional context to include in LLM prompt for summary generation

- `422` — Validation Error
