# Get Inquiry Settings

`GET /settings/inquiries`

Get inquiry notification settings for the customer.

Returns inquiry notification settings including dry run mode and email recipients.
If no settings exist, returns defaults (dry_run=True, empty recipients).

Successful Response

- InquirySettingsResponse — Inquiry notification settings response model
  - `email_notifications_enabled` boolean, required — Whether automatic inquiry notification emails are enabled
  - `dry_run` boolean, required — Whether inquiry notification emails require manual sending
  - `notification_email_recipients` string[] — List of email addresses to receive inquiry notification emails
  - `sms_notifications_enabled` boolean, required — Whether automatic inquiry notification SMS are enabled
  - `notification_sms_recipients` string[] — List of phone numbers (E.164 format) to receive inquiry notification SMS
  - `test_notifications_enabled` boolean, required — Whether notifications are sent for test calls and chats
  - `followup_filter_enabled` boolean, required — Whether the LLM follow-up filter runs on inquiry classification; when enabled, auto-notifications are only sent for inquiries requiring follow-up
  - `followup_filter_prompt` string, nullable — Custom follow-up criteria prompt; null means the default criteria are used
  - `followup_filter_default_prompt` string, required — The built-in default follow-up criteria (read-only, for display)
  - `sa_subject_enhancement_enabled` boolean — Whether to prefix the notification email subject with the SmartAdvocate case's team and a short summary of the ask (requires SmartAdvocate)
  - `sa_case_link_enabled` boolean — Whether to include a link to the matched SmartAdvocate case in the notification email body (requires SmartAdvocate)
