# Upload Portal Referral Attachment

`POST /portal/referrals/attachments`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.openintake.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Upload one photo or document for a referral the partner is about to submit.

The returned id goes in the submit's attachment_ids; until then the file
belongs to no referral. Photos, PDFs and Word documents up to 25MB.
