# List forwarding routes

`GET /routes`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://worker.openhelm.ai/v1`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Each carries a `health` object DERIVED on read, never stored: `deliverable`, the `blockers` stopping it, and the last delivery/failure. A route whose domain has since lost its MX reports that, rather than remembering it once worked.
