## Request

Return the OpenAPI schema for automated client generation.

Used by frontend build processes to generate type-safe API clients.
Authentication is NOT required for this discovery endpoint to facilitate
automated toolchain integration.

Returns:
    OpenAPI 3.0 schema (JSON)
