# Get workspace kind icon

`GET /workspacekinds/{name}/assets/icon`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:4000/api/v1`
- URL: `http://localhost:4000/api/v1/workspacekinds/{name}/assets/icon`

Returns the icon image for a specific workspace kind. If the icon is stored in a ConfigMap, it serves the image content. If the icon is a remote URL, returns 404 (browser should fetch directly).

The image file content.

- `401`: Unauthorized. Authentication is required.
- `403`: Forbidden. User does not have permission to get asset.
- `404`: Not Found. Icon uses remote URL or resource does not exist.
- `422`: Unprocessable Entity. Validation error.
- `500`: Internal server error.
