# Submit an issue report

`POST /api/issue-reports`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://localhost:8080`
- URL: `https://localhost:8080/api/issue-reports`
- Auth: `bearer` (a scheme the document does not define)

Emails an add-in issue report to the team. Auth is optional (guests allowed).

## Request body

- CreateIssueReportDto
  - `issueType` 'hallucination' | 'bug' | 'feature' | 'account', required
  - `message` string, required: User-written issue description
  - `appContext` 'word_plugin' | 'outlook_addin', required
  - `appVersion` string: Add-in version, e.g. 1.2.4
  - `officeHost` string: Office host application, e.g. Word
  - `officePlatform` string: Office platform, e.g. PC / Mac / OfficeOnline
  - `officeVersion` string: Office host version
  - `route` string: Current taskpane route
  - `conversationId` string: Active conversation id, if any
  - `recentMessages` RecentMessageDto[]: Last few chat messages for context
    - `role` string, required: Message author role (user / assistant)
    - `content` string, required: Message content snippet

## Response `200`

Report submitted

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid payload
- `500`: Email delivery failed
