# List all archives with statistics

`GET /stats/archives.json`

## Request

Returns an array of all participating archives including their archive code (used in other API calls), name, homepage URL, Twitter handle, ISIL code and search URL on Open Archives. Note: version 1.1 adds ISIL codes and removes defunct ArchiefWiki links.

Array of archive objects

- Archive[]
  - `archive_code` string: Short code used to identify the archive in API calls.
  - `isilcode` string: International Standard Identifier for Libraries and Related Organizations code.
  - `name` string: Full name of the archive.
  - `search` string, uri: Open Archives search URL scoped to this archive.
  - `homepage` string, uri: Homepage URL of the archive.
  - `twitter` string, uri: Twitter profile URL of the archive.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid parameters
- `429`: Too Many Requests — rate limit of 4 requests per second per IP exceeded.
