`POST agent_environment_ready` (webhook)

Sent when a prewarmed OpenAI-hosted environment finishes setup before being attached to a session.

## Payload

- WebhookAgentEnvironmentReady: Sent when a prewarmed OpenAI-hosted environment finishes setup before being attached to a session.
  - `id` string, required: The unique ID of the event.
  - `object` 'event', required: The object type. Always `event`.
  - `created_at` integer, required: The Unix timestamp, in seconds, when the event was created.
  - `type` 'agent.environment.ready', required: The event type. Always `agent.environment.ready`.
  - `data` AgentEnvironmentEvent, required: Identifies the environment whose lifecycle changed.
    - `id` string, required: The ID of the environment.

## Acknowledgement `200`

Return a 200 status code to acknowledge receipt of the event. Non-200
status codes will be retried.
