    - `fileName` string: The name of the file being uploaded
    - `fileType` string: The type of the file (e.g., xlsx, xls)
  - `sfFiles` object[]: Optional list of Salesforce files to associate with the customer
    - `sfObjectId` string: The Salesforce object ID associated with the file
    - `sfObjectName` string: The Salesforce object name associated with the file
  - `useCrm` boolean: Flag indicating whether to use CRM for the process
