# Browse issued licences

`GET /registry`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.opedd.com`
- URL: `https://api.opedd.com/registry`
- Auth: none required

The public record of issued licences: each licence's key, type, date, article and licensee (masked). No prices, amounts or sales figures. With no filter: the latest activity in `data.feed`, with `total` and `global_stats` (`total_publishers` counts verified publishers). With `license_key`: one licence and its event trail. With `article_id`: the licences for one article (page with `offset`). With `publisher_id`: that publisher's article counts, licensable articles and recent licences (page with `cursor`, from `next_cursor`). Public.

## Response `200`

Registry entries. The shape depends on the filter; the example is the latest activity.

## Other responses

- `400`: `limit`, `offset` or `cursor` is malformed
- `404`: Licence, article or publisher not found
- `429`: Too many requests (100 per minute)
