A signed attestation (JWT) summarising how one of your licences was used over a window (`window_start`, `window_end`), for general-purpose AI model providers documenting training content. Every call returns a fresh token. Credential: your buyer account session, or a buyer API key with the `audit` scope.

## Query parameters

- `content_id` string, uuid
- `window_start` string, date-time
- `window_end` string, date-time

## Response `200`

## Other responses

- `400`: Missing license_id OR malformed UUID OR window > 365 days OR window_end <= window_start
- `401`: Missing or invalid credential
- `403`: No buyer account for this sign-in, or the key does not carry the `audit` scope
- `404`: License not found OR not owned by authenticating buyer (cases collapsed to avoid leaking existence)
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded (30 req/min per buyer)
- `503`: Signing is unavailable right now. Retry.
