# Resume an unpaid licence

`POST /enterprise-license-reissue-secret`

## Request

If the payment page was closed before paying, returns a fresh Stripe secret for a pending order you own (`license_id`).

## Other responses

- `400`: Malformed body / missing license_id / non-UUID
- `401`: Missing or invalid JWT
- `404`: License not found OR not owned by buyer
- `409`: License status not 'pending' OR no Stripe subscription OR client_secret unresolvable
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded (10/min per buyer)
- `500`: Internal error
- `502`: Stripe subscription retrieve failed
