# Compliance report

`GET /buyer-compliance-report`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.opedd.com`
- URL: `https://api.opedd.com/buyer-compliance-report`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer

Every fetch in a window (`from` and `to`, required, at most 90 days) mapped to the licence that covered it and its on-chain record: the document a legal or procurement team files. Up to 500 rows per page; follow `_meta.next_cursor`. Each report is itself recorded. Credential: your buyer account session, or a buyer API key with the `audit` scope.

## Response `200`

Compliance dossier returned. `X-Opedd-Schema-Version: phase-11-m4` header + `X-Opedd-Request-Id: <uuid>` header.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid input: missing `from`/`to`, invalid ISO format, window exceeds 90 days (WINDOW_EXCEEDED code), unsupported format value, or invalid cursor.
- `401`: Missing or invalid credential
- `403`: No buyer account for this sign-in, or the key does not carry the `audit` scope
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded (30 req/min per buyer)
- `503`: The audit record could not be written, so nothing was returned. Safe to retry.
