# 人才目录的职业 chip 全集（按人数下发）

调 listTalent 之前先调它拿当前可用的 chip：这是 chip 全集的**唯一来源**，客户端/agent 不许自备职业常量。 口径：all 永远第一（count=有 ≥1 职业标签的可见真人）；其余按服务端声明序，只下发人数 ≥ 15 的桶—— 人少的职业自动只在 all 里可见，不会出现空 chip。返回会随人数变化，别缓存超过几分钟。
