`GET /v1/posts`

主理人社区的图文/视频动态流。未登录用 feed=recommend（默认）；following 流需登录， 匿名调用返回空。可用 topic 筛话题、authorId 看某位主理人的全部动态 （id 来自 searchPeople / listCreators），适合替用户快速了解「这个人最近在做什么」。
