# Delete OpalScript

`DELETE /opal-scripts/{opal_script_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.opal.dev/v1`
- URL: `https://api.opal.dev/v1/opal-scripts/{opal_script_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Deletes an `OpalScript`, along with the service user that backs it. A script that is still named as a reviewer, or referenced by a delegation, is rejected until those references are removed.

## Path parameters

- `opal_script_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

The OpalScript was deleted.
