# Delete User File

`DELETE /user/projects/file/{file_id}`

Delete a user file belonging to the current user.

This will also remove any project associations for the file.

## Path parameters

- `file_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

  - `has_associations` boolean, required
  - `project_names` string[]
  - `assistant_names` string[]
