# Public trending board

`GET /v1/public/trending`

The current social-volume ranking. Anonymous and free. Measures ATTENTION, not sentiment and not quality. An asset trends because it is being discussed, including when it is being discussed for being a rug. Returns computed_at, corpus_posts, measures and trending[] of {rank, symbol, weighted_volume, raw_mentions, unique_authors, tied, previous_rank, change}.

## Other responses

- `402`: Payment required (x402): no account needed, pay per call
- `404`: Not found, or metric registered but not yet served (the body names it)
