Today's AltRank ranking. Anonymous and free: no API key and no credits. Current values only: no history, no export, no components. Returns as_of, limit, total, universe_size and ranks[] of {rank, symbol, percentile}.

- `404`: Not found, or metric registered but not yet served (the body names it)
