`GET /v1/assets/{symbol}/holders`

## Request

  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - API key in header `X-PAYMENT`

Top holders reconstructed from chain history, with entity labels where known. Every share is of the top 250 positions we store, NOT of total supply, because supply is never read. Derived from Transfer events, so it misses rebasing tokens.

- `402`: Payment required (x402): no account needed, pay per call
- `404`: Not found, or metric registered but not yet served (the body names it)
