# A document's approval status and decisions

`GET /workspace/documents/{id}/approvals`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.onplana.com/api`
- URL: `https://api.onplana.com/api/workspace/documents/{id}/approvals`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `Authorization`

The status a SET_DOCUMENT_STATUS workflow step last wrote, and who approved or rejected which version, and when. The MCP tool list_document_versions returns the same record.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error
- `401`: Unauthorized - missing or invalid JWT
- `402`: Plan gate: feature documentApproval, Business and above. Still readable inside a downgrade's read-only window
- `404`: Document not found, or not visible to the caller
