# Resolve the effective rate for a user

`GET /rate-cards/resolve/{userId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.onplana.com/api`
- URL: `https://api.onplana.com/api/rate-cards/resolve/{userId}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `Authorization`

Returns the most specific matching rate: user-specific → role-level → global fallback.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error
