# Submit a form from a published app (public, append-only)

`POST /public/forms/{token}/submit`

## Request

- URL: `https://api.onplana.com/api/public/forms/{token}/submit`
- Auth: none required

Appends one row to the List bound to this form token. Columns are created on first sight from the posted field names. Include an empty hidden `_honeypot` field; a non-empty value silently drops the submission. Reserved field `_files` carries fileRef claims returned by the upload endpoint, linking uploaded files to this submission. ALWAYS returns 200, including when the submission was dropped , never treat 200 as proof it was stored.

## Request body

- object: Arbitrary form fields. `captchaToken` and `_files` are reserved.
  - `_honeypot` string: Must be empty. Non-empty = bot, silently dropped.
  - `captchaToken` string: Required only when the binding has captcha enabled.
  - `_files` unknown

## Response `200`

Always 200. `{ ok: true }` whether or not the submission was stored.
